Although Billy and Tommy are supposed to be identical twins, in this interpretation they are just going to be brothers. Tommy has short, white-blonde choppy hair. He's around 5'8", but actors can be anywhere from 5'3" to 6'2". He has green eyes and he's white, but neither of those things are done deals in this web series. Tommy is impulsive, sarcastic, and witty. Think Quicksilver (or the Flash from DC) except younger. He goes with the flow, and just does what he wants to do 99% of the time. But he does care about other people in the end- just in his own special way. Think chaotic neutral. 

Tommy isn't in the majority of scenes, so you would only have to do a little filming. However, he is a three dimensional character with a very emotional wrenching scene. This part may include possible stunts or play fighting, as well as a kiss in the finale.
