William "Billy" Kaplan has short semi curly chestnut hair and brown eyes. He is 5'8". People who audition for him can have blue eyes and black hair, or anything similar, and can be anywhere from 5'6" to 6'2". He is portrayed as white, but that is not a done deal in the web series yet. Billy has a hard time thinking about other people, though he tries to. He's a bit of a pessimist, and jumps to the extremes- such as when he thought him dying was the only answer. He is gay, and in love with Teddy. In the end, he is trying to do the right thing- no matter what the cost. 

Billy has some very intense scenes, with lots of emotions and some thematic elements. He is a very layered character, with lots of time of screen. This role may include play fighting and possible stunts, as well as kissing.
